WILD recieves 4-stars from Charity Navigator!

June 2,2010 by Emily Loose

120x90

We received some great news today – WILD is rated as a 4-star nonprofit (highest rating) by Charity Navigator, the nation’s leading independent charity evaluator. A few excerpts of the letter announcing our new rating, from Ken Berger, President and CEO of Charity Navigator, showcase this great achievement for WILD and reinforce that WILD is a smart choice for giving.

“As the nonprofit sector continues to grow at an unprecedented pace, savvy donors are demanding more accountability, transparency and quantifiable results from the charities they choose to support with their hard-earned dollars.”

“We are proud to announce The WILD Foundation has earned our 4-star rating for its ability to efficiently manage and grow its finances. Approximately a quarter of the charities we evaluate have received our highest rating, indicating that The WILD Foundation executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way, and outperforms most other charities in America. This “exceptional” designation from Charity Navigator differentiates The WILD Foundation from its peers and demonstrates to the public it is worthy of their trust.”

Congratulations on the 4- star rating by Charity Navigator. The fact that Wild outperforms most other charities in the America is no small potatoes, as we say down South in the US. We are proud to be associated with you.

We at Isandlwana Lodge offer our since congratulations on this exceptional designation and wish you continued success in the future.
