Join the conversation
Start conversations for wilderness and be a catalyst for change. Follow WILD on Facebook and Twitter, share our news and add your voice to the mix. With your help, we can increase awareness of WILD’s conservation programs through a variety of online platforms.
Have dinner with friends
Escape from the evening routine of long commutes and dinner in front of a screen and connect with new friends over intriguing discussions about urgent needs and important causes. Belong to a growing number of WILD partners who host Wilderness Dinners, building a sense of community and partnership around wilderness issues and conservation. Wilderness Dinners help you share your passion for wilderness with others, enlist new allies for wild nature, and have fun around the informality, openness, and intimacy of the dinner table. Every movement starts with a conversation – expand momentum for a wilder future and host a Wilderness Dinner.
Fundraise for WILD
Start your own fundraising campaign for the WILD Foundation! Join our network of passionate supporters and help raise funds for our global conservation efforts. The options are endless- celebrate a birthday or bar/bat mitzvah, run a marathon, fundraise in your classroom, organize a bake sale or party, honor a loved one. We want to hear your ideas and will support you along the way.
Become a Wild Boulder citizen scientist
Assist open space experts as the City of Boulder, Boulder County, and WILD Foundation work to create a digital database of wildlife in the area! By documenting the diverse wildlife found throughout Boulder County, you can help biologists and land managers to better protect Boulder’s unique ecosystem so our wild neighbors may thrive. The Boulder County Wildlife Project utilizes iNaturalist, an online network where citizen scientists can upload their wildlife observations. Join the iNaturalist project today, follow Wild Boulder on Facebook for tips and events, and contact us to learn about becoming a Wild Boulder ambassador.
Get involved with the new generation of conservation leaders
CoalitionWILD is recruiting emerging leaders who have a passion for the natural world and a desire to be a part of a global connected community of young people creating a better future for all life. Leave your mark on the world and unite with others who share your commitment, courage, and compassion for the planet and its wild spaces. Join the movement, become an ambassador, or start an Alliance in your region.
Join the Nature Needs Half movement
Protecting and interconnecting at least half of the planet’s land and water is necessary to sustain the health, function, and diversity of all life. It’s an ambitious goal, but with your help we can achieve this vision! Join the Nature Needs Half team as a volunteer translator (Spanish & French), research assistant for global case studies, or assist us with your social media expertise.
