Dr. Sally Collins, Director of Ecosystem Services and Markets, USDA, represented The Honorable Tom Vilsack, US Secretary of Agriculture, during the Saturday (7 November) WILD9 plenary session on Global Commitments to Wilderness. This session launched the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation for Wilderness between Mexico, Canada and the United States – the first ever international agreement on wilderness.
